Sep 1, 2017Boca Raton, Fla., and Cleveland, died on Dec. 6, 2012.The funeral will be a private family graveside service on Sunday, Dec. 9, 2:30 p.m., at St. Helena Cemetery.Beloved wife, friend, companion and love of Marvin Pesses’s life for 62 years; loving mother of Larry (Patti Chavin) Pesses, Ian (Michele Chulick) Pesses, Paul (Kim) Pesses and Michael Pesses; adoring grandmother and nana of Logan, Todd, Cole, Blair and Kip Pesses; devoted daughter of the late Herman and the late Betty Katz, Elaine was predeceased by her sister, Dorothy Mayesh, and is survived by Dorothy’s husband, Sam Mayesh and their son, Jay Mayesh.Elaine enjoyed an illustrious career as a clothing, jewelry and interior designer. Despite many years of illness, she always maintained her determination to live and inspired us with a relentlessly positive attitude.
